How Localyn digital SFBB works
Localyn digital SFBB is a store-level operating system for Safer Food Better Business evidence — setup, diary work and recurring logs — not a generic checklist dump.
Three layers
Compliance pack setup: owners and managers work through safe methods, record business-specific answers, sign relevant sections and review periodically.
Recurring operational records: diary entries, opening and closing checks, refrigeration and hot-hold logs, cleaning completion and training evidence.
Inspection and reporting: structured extracts from normalised records rather than free-text-only snapshots.
Section health
Stores expose section status with red, amber and green health. Red means missing required setup or missed scheduled records. Amber means complete but review or follow-up is due. Green means complete and current.
That model keeps teams focused on today’s due work instead of scrolling a flat form.
Paper to digital without fiction
Localyn does not invent SFBB methods. It helps teams capture the evidence their business already needs, with audit trail and follow-up for missed obligations.
