How Localyn loyalty works
Localyn loyalty is built around digital stamp cards, QR joins and wallet passes — without rewarding star ratings or inventing “verified” visits.
How customers join
Customers can express interest anonymously, then join. Completing join merges anonymous interest into the account. Public pages do not expose personal identities.
QR loyalty and Apple Wallet / Google Wallet passes are part of the Localyn loyalty stack when wallet integrations are configured for the tenant.
What earns progress
Stamps and rewards follow the business’s loyalty programme rules. Localyn does not award stamps, points or rewards for writing a star rating or review text.
Visit language stays factual (“marked as visited”) and does not claim Localyn verified the visit.
Offers and retention
Offers and birthday-style promotions can run through the same customer workspace. Directory demand signals (for example interest in rewards at an unclaimed listing) help owners see why claiming the page matters.
