The real path from sensor to alert
Localyn’s monitoring path is: sensor → ESP32 device → network → Localyn API → storage → monitoring → alert. That is the architecture teams run when automated temperature monitoring is enabled for a store.
Manual fridge and freezer logs remain first-class for businesses that still write readings by hand. Sensors extend the same store workspace rather than replacing the compliance model.
- Probe or DS18B20-class sensor measures the unit.
- ESP32 firmware publishes readings securely to Localyn.
- API validates and stores readings against the store and equipment.
- Monitoring rules raise alerts when thresholds or missed checks need attention.
What operators see
